Our pastures are paradise for grazing. The cows enjoy fresh grass and the fresh Ammerland air as often as possible during the grazing season with plenty of space to roam. And because we keep our herd to a maximum of around 200 animals, our dairy farmers can prioritize each animal's well-being. This is how we ensure the highest level of quality from the farm to the final product.

Ammerländer wouldn’t be what it is today without our dairy farmers, and we make sure they know it. That’s why we only use milk from dairy farmers within a 80-kilometer radius of our dairy. While our commitment is essential in supporting our farmers, it also ensures that the raw milk we receive never has to travel long distances. Once collected, our milk collection truck transports it from the farms directly to the dairy, where it is processed using the latest production and gentle manufacturing processes to give you the Ammerländer taste you know and love.

Our partnership values and high standards push us to aim for and achieve far better quality than required by law. It’s reflected every time we open the doors to our barns and facilities.
